Let's face we all love a bit of classic disco, who can forget ‘Rock The Boat’ by Hues Corporation, anything by Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes or George McCrae’s ‘Rock Your Baby’,heck even the good old Bee Gees, those times were golden and bbr remasters have dug deep to bring you Jackie Moore,a gifted singer who should have been a household name but this sterling compilation no doubt shows her shining credentials are surfacing once again.

Without doubt Ms Moore is on a par with Candi Staton and this is evident on tracks such as the thrilling 'This Time Baby' highlighting the marriage of funk bass and disco (reminiscent of Michael Narada Walden's ' I should Have Loved Ya').It's a disco nugget and lovers of this genre are going to get a bag full of surprises on this rather sterling platter.'How's Your Love Life Baby' is another classic too,a polished and classy affair.Bobby Eli handled the producer's chair and was pivotal in creating her sound - Bobby was a Philly thoroughbred and MFSB's main man and multi instrumentalist still going strong today.A knockout combination so get stuck into this 70's nostalgia and discover a cult diva who should have been a much bigger disco queen with exceptional material such as this.
