The Fantastics!: Hey Mister Ft. Sulene Fleming

Those stalwarts of funk and soul, The Fantastics!, are back with a very lively/first class single of deep, organic disco funk, coupled with the sassiest and distinctive vocals of the irrepressible Ms Sulene Fleming, who adds not only a completeness to proceedings but also a distinct and appealing raw edge to the band.

Have no doubt "Hey Mister".is a bona fide belter of a tune that whets the appetite for their forthcoming long player which will be out later in the year.

The track, adorned with Chic like guitar and bass, packs a punch and joyously celebrates its roots. It's extremely upbeat and features a filthy, bluesy hammond solo by founder keys man, Greg Boraman. It's muscular and vigorous and it doesn't fail to deliver musically.

On the whole, "Hey Mister" ticks a lot of boxes and The Art Of Tones remixes are tasteful as it ramps up the razor clean, dancing machine of a party, right into full swing mode! Please mister, can I have some more!
