The Soul Tune Allstars : The Soul Of A Viking

Niclas Wretelid, a talented producer and bandleader from Sweden, has joined forces with the skilled Finnish guitarist Mikko Räisänen to create an exciting new album called "The Soul of the Viking."

This album, brought to life by The Soul Tune Allstars, comprises of 11 captivating tracks that blend powerful wah wah soul and flute funk. Throughout the album, you can expect to hear the incredible contributions of several guest artists, making it a truly dynamic musical experience. The album is unashamedly influenced by
Blaxploitation music which refers to the musical soundtracks that were created for this genre of films popular in the 1970s.

The Soul Tune Allstars have distilled its essence and offer a very fresh sounding bunch of tunes beautifully produced drenched in warm reverb and tough vibes that include edgy hip hop to pure soul tunes and
characterized by infectious grooves, sharp horns, funky basslines, and soulful vocals.
Suffice to say,”The Soul of the Viking” captures the sentiments of the past with a fresh twist for a new generation.
